2. General Refund Conditions



2.1. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the timeframe within which the refund request is made. The following general conditions apply to all refund requests:
  • Refunds are only available within a specified period (usually within 30 days of purchase) unless otherwise stated in the terms of the specific service.
  • Only initial purchases are eligible for refunds. Renewals, upgrades, or additional services are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not applicable if the terms of service have been violated or in cases of account termination due to misconduct, abuse, or non-compliance.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our support portal, email, or another official communication channel.

    2.2. Services Ineligible for Refunds

    Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

    Domain Name Registrations
    Domain registration fees are non-refundable once a domain name has been registered.

    SSL Certificates
    SSL certificate purchases are final and cannot be refunded once the certificate is issued.

    VPS Servers
    Refunds are not provided for vps server services.

    Dedicated Servers
    Refunds are not provided for dedicated server services.

    Software
    Refunds are not provided for softwares.

    Custom or Add-on Services
    Any custom-built packages, design services, or other add-ons are non-refundable. Refunds may not be offered if the service includes any promotional or bundled items that are not part of a regular package.

    2.3. Money-Back Guarantee

    We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on certain services such as shared hosting and VPS hosting. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the specified period, you may request a refund in accordance with the conditions set out in this policy.

    Shared Hosting
    Our shared hosting services are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of purchase.

    VPS Hosting
    VPS hosting services are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 2 days of purchase, provided no violation of terms has occurred.

    Dedicated Hosting
    Refunds are generally not provided for dedicated hosting services, unless specific circumstances apply as determined by the support team. The money-back guarantee does not apply to renewals or service upgrades.

    3. Refund Process



    3.1. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, you must submit a ticket request through our support ticket system. Your request must include the following information:

  • The service for which you are requesting a refund.

    PayPal Payments
    Refunds made through PayPal are processed back to your PayPal account within 7 business days.

    Bank Transfer Payments

    Domain name registration fees are non-refundable, as they involve third-party registrars who incur non-reversible costs upon registration. This applies to:

  • Domain transfers.
  • Domain renewals.
  • Once a domain name is registered, the cost cannot be refunded, even if you decide not to use it. You may still retain control over the domain name for the duration of the registration period.

    5.2. SSL Certificates

    SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued. We work with third-party Certificate Authorities (CAs) that immediately incur costs upon the issuance of a certificate. If you encounter issues with an SSL certificate, please contact our support team to explore potential troubleshooting steps or replacement options.

    5.3. Setup Fees

    If you have paid setup fees for certain services, these fees are non-refundable. Setup fees are charged for the configuration and deployment of servers, software, and other infrastructure necessary to activate your service.

    5.4. Early Termination Fees

    In cases where a service contract includes early termination fees, these fees are non-refundable. Early termination fees apply when you cancel a service before the agreed-upon contract term has been completed.

    6. Cancellations



    6.1. How to Cancel Services

    To cancel your services, you must submit a cancellation request through your client account dashboard or via our support team. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date of your service to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. If you wish to cancel a service, follow these steps:

  • 2. Navigate to the "Services" section of your account dashboard.
  • 3. Select the service you wish to cancel.
  • 4. Click the "Cancel" button and follow the prompts to complete your cancellation request.
  • Once your cancellation request has been received, it will be processed within 7 business days.

    6.2. Timing of Cancellations

    To avoid being billed for another term, cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal date. If you cancel after the renewal has been processed, you will not be eligible for a refund for that billing cycle.

    Monthly Subscriptions
    Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the monthly renewal date.

    Annual Subscriptions
    For annual billing cycles, cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before the renewal date. Failure to cancel your subscription in time may result in automatic renewal charges, which are non-refundable.

    6.3. No Refund for Late Cancellations

    7. Promotions, Discounts, and Special Offers
